[NEW RICHMOND, WI]—December 19, 2025—Federal Foam Technologies, an industry leader in custom fabrication of flexible cellular and plastic materials, today announced the hire of Tyler Shortt as VP of Sales & Marketing to succeed Todd Kidder, current EVP of Sales & Marketing, who will retire in 2026.
This transition brings the next generation of sales leadership into FFT to build on the previous leadership legacy and set the future roadmap for the company’s Sales organization. Shortt and Kidder are committed to a seamless transition that creates business continuity for customers, suppliers and employees.

Shortt brings deep knowledge of sales leadership and operations to his new role with FFT. He held significant leadership roles with ePac Flexible Packaging where he was responsible for creating and scaling sales organizational structures, training and technology, and revenue. Most recently, Shortt ran his own sales consulting business and served as an advisor and fractional head of sales for various organizations.
