NEW RICHMOND, Wis. — Oct. 5, 2026 — Federal Foam Technologies, a custom fabricator of flexible cellular and plastic materials, today announced the acquisition of HSM Solutions’ furniture fabrication facility in Hiddenite, N.C. The acquisition expands Federal Foam Technologies’ manufacturing presence into the Southeast and adds regional manufacturing capacity to support customers throughout the area.

The acquisition adds an experienced team, established customer relationships and additional operational resources that enhance customer continuity and long-term growth while further strengthening FFT’s ability to deliver engineering expertise, manufacturing excellence and customer-focused solutions across North America.
