Federal Foam Technologies Welcomes Kent Reyers as Executive Vice President

[NEW RICHMOND, WI]—February 25, 2025—Federal Foam Technologies, an industry leader in custom fabrication of flexible cellular and plastic materials, today announced the hire of Kent Reyers as Executive Vice President. Reyers will work with current President Wyman Smith on a phased executive transition plan, eventually assuming the President role at the company with Smith continuing to be part of the business in an advisory board position.

This transition will:

Ensure the future longevity and continued success of Federal Foam as a market leader in foam, plastic and fiber fabrication with solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Build on previous leadership’s legacy while bringing on a new generation to lead the business into its next phase of growth and success

Working for multi-million-dollar enterprises including PepsiCo, JJ Taylor Companies, Sysco and ePac Flexible Packaging, Reyers has a proven ability to align operational strategies with long-term business goals to deliver measurable results.

Reyers will build on Smith’s leadership legacy while also bringing forth new growth strategies and enhanced processes for operational efficiency.

In his recent role at ePac Flexible Packaging, Reyers oversaw six manufacturing facilities and reduced material waste, with the savings being reinvested in growth initiatives. He also implemented continuous improvement plans that resulted in reduced downtime.
