Federal Foam Technologies Announces 2025 President’s Award Winner

[NEW RICHMOND, WI]—March 13, 2025—Federal Foam Technologies, an industry leader in custom fabrication of flexible cellular and plastic materials, has announced Joe Bricker, Production Lead, as the winner of the 2025 President’s Award. Established in 2024 by Federal Foam Technologies’ President, Wyman Smith, the President’s Award honors an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond in the workplace.

“Joe’s strong work ethic, dependability, and can-do attitude make him a key leader in our plant,” said Steve Georgakas, Plant Manager at the company’s Ellsworth, WI, plant. “His patience, approachability, and deep knowledge of our equipment and processes ensures production runs smoothly and our team feels supported.”
