Production Operators - 2nd Shift

Federal Foam Technologies, Inc in Ellsworth is looking for Production Operators on 2nd Shift. Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 1:30am.

Efficiently fabricate, laminate, and/or assemble foam and vinyl parts to meet customer specifications as well as quality expectations. This position also includes packaging all finished goods, in a variety of ways, and then moving them to shipping to ensure the product is shipped on time. Cross train on equipment as required.  Must know and follow all safety guidelines and safe housekeeping practices. Evaluate processes in place and suggest improvements where appropriate. Required skills including but not limited to are:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to change assignments and work overtime to meet customer needs
• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of six months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read prints, work orders, and tape measure
• Ability to manage heavy and light volume workloads to meet critical business needs
• Good attendance
• Self-motivated
