Production Operators - 1st Shift

FFT, a leader in foam fabrication, is looking for 1st Shift Production Operators to join their growing team at their New Richmond facility. Hours are Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 3:30pm and Friday 6:30am – 10:30am. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work in fast-paced environment producing quality products while operating various machines per written and standard operating procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read prints, work orders, use a tape measure, manage heavy and light volume workloads, work overtime to meet customer requirements.
