Federal Foam Technologies, an industry leader as a custom fabricator of flexible cellular and plastic materials, is looking for a seasoned individual to head up our newly formed Materials and Planning department in New Richmond, WI.
The incoming candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Overall management of the Materials and Planning Departments at Federal Foam Technologies
- All activities, systems, processes and communications to ensure raw material availability for our production environment
- Effective and efficient Inventory Management (raw goods through finished products
- Plant Floor Scheduling to meet customer due dates
- Serve as a Liaison between Federal Foam, our suppliers and our customers as well as being a key individual during the development of new programs and projects at Federal Foam as it relates to the Materials and Planning department
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor degree in Business, Materials Management, Finance or related field. Experience dealing with Supply Chain Management along with past supervision and leadership skill are required for this position. The candidate must have a working knowledge of operations techniques including Just-In-Time manufacturing, procurement, materials management including production scheduling (finite/infinite) and inventory control. Experience with APICS Certifications is preferred along with ISO Standards and Certifications.
